Cancellation Procedure

Send written notice by registered mail to:

Your account will be cancelled 30 days from receipt of your registered mail, provided the following conditions are met:

1. No outstanding balance.
2. Membership term must be complete. If your term is not yet completed then your cancellation will be effective for the end of the term provided that written notice is received 30 days prior to the end of the said term.

Moved away from Regina:

Please send proof of your address change by supplying 2 pieces of formal documentation. (utility bill, phone bill, lease agreement, etc.) Your cancellation will be processed 30 days from receipt of your registered mail provided that the following conditions are met:

1. No outstanding balance.
2. Documentation is sufficient.

IMPORTANT:

Registered mail is tracked by Canada Post, so please keep your receipt and tracking number on file. You can request confirmation through the Canada Post website that we have received your cancellation notice.

Cancellations are not valid through email/fax/drop off/phone message/verbal communication.
